Fall here in Chicago has been beautiful—the best fall weather, hands down, since I’ve been in the city. With the summer-like temps and the uncommonly sunny skies, I’ve been out with my camera, as always, focusing on Chicagoans as they go about their business. Here’s The Chicagoans, 3rd edition.
Last week, I discovered an app called Steller: “Everyone has a story to tell. Tell yours with photos, videos, and text.” Basically, it allows you to create your own mini, multimedia magazines—much more immersive than Instagram (and much more permanent than Snapchat).
Chicago, my home for the last ten years, definitely has stories to tell. So, for my first Steller story, I decided to showcase what I find most compelling about the city: its people. Please let me know if you’d like to see more!
#Jumpstagram. Or as I like to call it: appropriate interaction between two people with a phone involved. This weather calls for an aerial double thumbs up, for sure!

Leap, and the net will appear. — John Burroughs
That leap in your heart when you first recognize a friend you haven’t seen in a while, randomly while out and about. Great running into @kayjwills (on the left)—we always end up laughing … and now #jumpstagramming.
